Red light cameras come to Miami – 7Online WSVN-TV

MIAMI (WSVN) — New red light cameras will soon be installed in South Florida, this time in the City of Miami.

The cameras will be installed at traffic lights around Miami and should be up and running by the end of the year.

Lawmakers hope the new law will help put the brakes on red light runners and raise money for the cash-strapped city.
